Our Universal Valve Lockout with blocking arm is made of industrial grade steel and nylon. This industrial Quarter turn ball valve handle lockout is a modular system which enables you to lock out valves of different types and sizes. No other device offers such flexibility and security. It's a universal valve lock, which used to lock out large levers of valves, T-handles and other hard-to-secure mechanical devices. We can add various accessories to make the device suitable for a range of valves. Cable accessories can be used 3.2mm (1/8 ") PVC stainless steel metal cable set. Universal Valve Lockout is used to max handle width 40mm (handle max thickness 28mm). It`s suitable for gate valve, ball valve, butterfly valve and so on.

We have five types as follows:

UVL01:  With 1 arm - For quarter-turn ball valves.
UVL02:  With 2 arm - For 3, 4 or 5-way valves, or to lock valves in the "on", "off", or "throttled" position.
UVL03:  With coated cable - Using cable attachment for gate valves.
UVL04:  Base Clamp only - For butterfly valves.
UVL05:  With 1 arm & coated cable - Universal valve lockout for most valves.
