What Should We Do--Group Lockout

When multiple employees are authorized to execute one task, each worker has to execute their own Lockout/Tagout procedure personally rather than asking others to instead you. Never should we authorize others to remove you Loto devices. It's a irresponsible behavior both for you and the authorized employee. We can only operate the equipment which had been locked by the Lockout/Tagout devices.
